I am a GP with a deep passion for women’s health and whole-person care, and I feel incredibly privileged to support women through the many different stages and transitions of their lives.
My particular areas of interest include perimenopause, menopause and HRT, PMOS, PMDD, chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, family planning and fertility journeys, perinatal mental health, and women’s mental health. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where women feel heard, believed and empowered to understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.
I also have a strong interest in ADHD, autism/ASD, and children’s health and wellbeing, with a focus on supporting the physical, emotional and developmental needs of both children and their families.
My approach to medicine is integrative and holistic. I believe good healthcare looks beyond an individual symptom or diagnosis and considers the whole person — including physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships, lifestyle, environment and the many factors that influence how we feel and function. I value evidence-based medicine whilst also recognising the importance of nutrition, lifestyle, preventative health and personalised care.
I am also a passionate advocate for women experiencing domestic and family violence. I believe healthcare can provide an important and sometimes life-changing opportunity to listen without judgement, recognise when someone may be experiencing violence or coercive control, and support women and families towards safety and appropriate care.
Above all, I strive to practise medicine with kindness, curiosity, empathy and without judgement. I want my patients to feel that they have a GP who genuinely listens, takes their concerns seriously and works alongside them — particularly when their health journey has been complex, misunderstood or difficult.
It is a privilege to care for women, children and families, and I am committed to providing care that is personalised, compassionate, empowering and centred around the whole person.
