Emails

To ensure patient safety, The Emeline prefers to avoid email for any clinical correspondence. Our reception email is used for administrative/booking purposes only. It is ordinarily monitored between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to respond to emails within 2 business days. If your matter requires urgent/prompt attention, we ask that you kindly call the clinic during our operating hours.
